OPERATION DIRECTOR


In charge of all operations and business development strategy for all clinics under PPP Laser Clinic brand (12 clinics).

REMUNERATION

Attractive remuneration from

$7,000 - $10,000

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES

1. Operations:

Managing day to day operations.

Build and upgrade the Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis.

2. Human Resources:

Recruiments: Ensure sufficient staffing at all times for smooth operations of the clinic (sufficient number of staff with required quality to meet management's defined criterial).

Training and development: Ensure quality of training program for new staffs as well as on-going refresher training for existing employees.

Staff management: design KPIs, perfomance evaluation system, competency frameworks to maximize staff perfomance and effiency.

3. Business Development:

Responsible for building and propose new business strategy to support company and clinic's revenue targets.

4. Any other taks assigned by BODs

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 10 year experience in Operation Director's Role (or COO) in luxury retail business, banking, insurance industry.

Excellent management and people skills.

Large network in luxury retail, luxury services.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City.

HUMAN RESOURCES
DIRECTOR


Responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, proceduces, and documentation.

1. Recruiment:

Create company strategic recruiment, identify and recruit on organized basis the talent needed.

2. Compensation:

Build, propose and oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.

3. Perfomance Management:

Collaborate with department heads and create KPIs & effective perfomance review to measure individual perfomance and to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Traning and Development:

Create company strategic training and design a complete training, refresher training programs for both new and current employees.

5. Career Management, Succession Planning & Outplacement:

Work closely with top management to develop career progams for potential employees and establish appropriate programs and timelines for smooth transitions.

6. Employee Services:

Implement / coordinate programs to encourage the maximum productivity of employees.

Function as counsel to individual employees, department heads and top management.

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Work experience as a Head of HR, VP, Director or similar role.

Experience in strategic planning.
